Comparative study of alkohols of grape vodka chacha and brandy.

Chacha and brandy spirits obtained by new technology practically do not differ from each other in terms of the qualitative composition of volatile components. After three years of aging in oak barrels, both alcohols received the same tasting score. It was estimated, that when extending the aging period in oak barrels, chacha’s alcohol surpasses the brandy alcohol in terms of its organoleptic indicators.
