Estimación de heterosis y coeficientes de sendero para rendimiento y sus componentes en arroz oryza sativa l.

"Con amplia diversidad genética, con el objetivo de evaluar caracteres cuantitativos, comparar correlaciones fenotipicas y análisis de sendero, bajo condiciones de riego en campo. Los análisis de varianza realizados a progenitores, híbridos y al grupo formado por ambos tipos de genotipos mostraron diferencias significativas para todas las características evaluadas, tales como rendimiento, longitud de panícula, número de paniculas por planta, peso de panícula por planta, número de granos por panicula, número de granos llenos, peso de mil granos, altura de planta y días a madurez. Los progenitores RHS 852 y Morelos A-92 exhibieron los más altos rendimientos de grano, y las Fi de las cruzas entre Champotón A-80 x Morelos A-92 y Sureste A-90 x CAEZ 118 entre los híbridos más rendidores. Se observó heterosis positiva significativa en los híbridos Champotón A-80 x Morelos A-92 y RHS 883 x Chiapas A-84, la heterobeltiosis positiva únicamente la mostró la segunda cruza. En heterosis útil, determinada mediante una variedad de riego, ningún híbrido la obtuvo; sin embargo, determinándola mediante una variedad temporalera, la primera cruza de las antes mencionadas si superó a la variedad de temporal. Se observaron correlaciones positivas significativas entre rendimiento y caracteres como: días a madurez, número de tallos y paniculas por planta, peso de paniculas por planta, peso de grano por panícula, número de granos y v4'..ii granos llenos por panícula; sin embargo, el peso de mil granos se correlacionó negativa y significativamente con el rendimiento, del mismo modo longitud de panícula, aunque no significativo El número de tallos por planta manifestó el mayor efecto directo hacia el rendimiento en el análisis de sendero realizado a los 27 genotipos, no así en los híbridos por separado, donde el número de paniculas mostró los efectos directos e indirectos más altos. Otras características con efectos directos altos fueron peso de grano por panícula, peso de panícula por planta y número de granos llenos. Se observaron diferencias significativas entre los Progenitores e híbridos, aunque los híbridos más rendidores fueron estadísticamente iguales a los progenitores que manifestaron los más altos rendimientos, de acuerdo con la prueba de Tukey al 0.05 por ciento."

"Twenty seven genotypes of rice with a broad genetic variability were evaluated, the main objective was to evaluate quantitative characteristics, to compare phenotypic correlations and path analysis, under irrigation conditions in the field. The analysis of variance for parents, for hybrids and for the .group formed by both type of genotypes, showed significant differences for all the variables evaluated, such as yield, panicle length, number of panicles for plant, number of grain for panicle, number of full grains, weigth of thousand grains, plant heigth and days to maturity. The parents RHS 852 and Morelos A-92 exhibited maximum grain yields, and the Fig of the crosses between Champoton A-80 x Morelos A-92 and Sureste A-90 x CAEZ 118 were the hybrids most yielded. Positive significant correlations were observed between yield and other characteristics such days of maturity, number of stems and panicles for plant, weigth of panicle for plant, weigth of grain for panicle, number of grains and full grains for panicle; however, weigth of thousand grain is negative and significative correlated with the yield, in the same way panicle length, although non significant. The number stern for plant to manifest the major effect direct toward yield in the path analysis realized of the twenty seven genotypes, no so in the hybrids for separated, where the panicle number showed the effect directs and indirects majors. Other characteristics with major effect directs were weigth of grain for panicle, weigth of panicle for plant and number of full grains. Significant differences were observed between parents and hybrids, although the hybrids most yielded were statisticaly equals of the parents that manifest the major yields, according with the test of Tukey a 0.05 percent."
