Parameters of the mutual arrangement of working bodies of the strip cultivator section by the criterion of traction resistance | Параметры взаимного расположения рабочих органов секции полосового культиватора по критерию тягового сопротивления

Due to the development of engineering design and calculation tools, creation of digital twins is the most promising approach in substantiating the design schemes and parameters of new agricultural machines. A review of literary sources has shown that the discrete element method is the most suitable and promising in the field of tillage processes. To obtain adequate results when implementing a digital twin to tillage process with appropriate equipment using the discrete element method, it is necessary to substantiate the dimensions of the virtual soil channel, and the parameters of the contact model used. The dimensions of the soil channel are substantiated based on the condition of no interaction between the simulated soil and its walls during cultivation. The parameters of the adopted Hertz-Mindlin contact model with JKR are taken from previous author's studies. To exclude the impact of the simulated soil on the walls of the virtual channel, the minimum distance from the working bodies of the cultivator unit to the channel wall should be at least 200 mm, and the distance from the lower edge of the working body to the bottom of the channel at least 125 mm. To eliminate the mutual influence of the working bodies and reduce the overall tractive resistance of the cultivator unit, the distance between the rippers along the movement direction should be at least 250 mm, and the distance between the ripper and the tined working body should be at least 160 mm.

Ruso. Благодаря развитию инструментов инженерного проектирования и расчета цифровые двойники наиболее перспективны при обосновании конструктивных схем и параметров новых с.-х. машин. Обзор литературных источников показал, что для процессов обработки почвы наиболее подходящим и перспективным является метод дискретных элементов. Для получения адекватных результатов при реализации цифрового двойника процесса обработки почвы орудиями методом дискретных элементов необходимо обосновать размеры виртуального почвенного канала и параметры используемой контактной модели. Размеры почвенного канала обоснованы из условия отсутствия взаимодействия моделируемой почвы с его стенками в процессе обработки. Параметры принятой контактной модели Герца-Миндлина с JKR приняты из предыдущих авторских исследований. Для исключения воздействия моделируемой почвы на стенки виртуального канала минимальное расстояние от рабочих органов секции культиватора до стенки канала должно быть не менее 200 мм, а расстояние от нижней кромки рабочего органа до дна канала – не менее 125 мм. Для исключения взаимного влияния рабочих органов и снижения общего тягового сопротивления секции культиватора расстояние между рыхлителями вдоль движения должно быть не менее 250 мм, а расстояние между рыхлителем и лаповым рабочим органом – не менее 160 мм.
