The effect of timing and number of watering on table grape quality]></dc:title> <dc:title><![CDATA[Влияние сроков и числа поливов на качество столового винограда

The International Organization for Viticulture and Winemaking at a session in 1955 adopted a resolution that grapes suitable for fresh use are a crop of special varieties. Growing quality grapes for storage is directly related to the use of separate techniques of agricultural technology, one of which is the purpose of the number and timing of watering of grape plants. The quality of products intended for storage largely depends on this technique of agricultural equipment. To study these questions, the author of this article laid experience in the farm of «Haji Aleddin Farmer» (LLC). Here, on an area of 100 hectares, there is a fruit-bearing vineyard. As a result of the study, it was found that the quality harvest of table grapes intended for storage in the Tayfi pink variety is observed with four watering in the following phenological phases: flowering of the kidneys before flowering, during the growing period of berries and at the beginning of berry ripening. It has been found that with more watering, the size of the berries increases, as a result, the thinness of the skin of the berries decreases and the quality of storage deteriorates. With an increase in the number of watering to 5, the average weight of the cluster increases, the harvest per hectare, the saccharinity of the juice, but the percentage of the crop suitable for storage and transportation decreases by 7%. At the same time, compared to the option of 4 watering, storage losses increase by 1.1% and during transportation - by 1.1%.

Международная организация виноградарства и виноделия на сессии в 1955 году приняла резолюцию о том, что виноград, пригодный для использования в свежем виде, – это урожай специальных сортов. Выращивание качественного винограда для хранения непосредственно связано с применением отдельных приемов агротехники, одним из которых является назначение числа и сроков поливов растений винограда. От этого приема агротехники во многом зависят качество предназначенной для хранения продукции. Для изучения этих вопросов автором данной статьи был заложен опыт в фермерском хозяйстве ООО «Хаджи Аледдин фермер». Здесь на площади 100 га расположен плодоносящий виноградник. В результате исследования установлено, что качественный урожай столового винограда, предназначенный для хранения, у сорта Тайфи розовый (Tayfi pink) наблюдается при четырех поливах в следующих фенологических фазах: распускание почек перед цветением, в период роста ягод и в начале созревания ягод. Установлено, что при большем числе поливов увеличивается размер ягод, в результате уменьшается тонкость кожицы ягод и ухудшается качество при хранении. С увеличением числа поливов до 5 увеличивается средний вес грозди, урожай с одного гектара, сахаристость сока, но уменьшается процент урожая, пригодного для хранение и транспортировки на 7%. При этом по сравнению с вариантом 4 поливов увеличиваются потери при хранении на 1,1% и при транспортировке – на 1,1%.
