The analysis of the actual condition and effective use of reclaimed lands in the Volga region]></dc:title> <dc:title><![CDATA[Анализ фактического состояния и эффективности использования мелиорируемых земель Поволжья

It is noted that climate change is considered one of the main socio-environmental problems of the present. Therefore, ensuring the food security of countries is one of the goals of their sustainable development. Reclamation is one of the tools for obtaining guaranteed crop yields. Climatic conditions of the Volga Federal District require land reclamation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual state and effectiveness of the use of reclaimed lands of the subjects of the Volga Federal District (Volga Federal District) of the Russian Federation. Total reclaimed land in the Volga Federal District – 1334.735 thousand ha. In agricultural production, 1115.151 thousand hectares (83.55%) are used, of which 874.729 thousand hectares are irrigated, 240.422 thousand hectares are drained lands, deposits amount to 205.416 thousand hectares. In fact, only 98.126 thousand hectares (24%) were watered on irrigation systems. The technical condition of reclamation facilities was assessed and it was found that 16 systems were worn out by more than 70% and needed reconstruction (113.21 thousand hectares). 85 irrigation systems have wear of 80...100% and need comprehensive reconstruction.

Отмечается, что изменение климата считается одной из главных социально-экологических проблем настоящего времени. Поэтому обеспечение продовольственной безопасности стран является одной из целей их устойчивого развития. Мелиорация является одним из инструментов получения гарантированных урожаев сельскохозяйственных культур. Климатические условия Приволжского федерального округа (ПФО) требуют проведения мелиорации. Цель настоящего исследования заключалась в анализе фактического состояния и эффективности использования мелиорируемых земель субъектов ПФО Российской Федерации. Всего мелиорируемых земель в ПФО – 1334,735 тыс. га. В сельскохозяйственном производстве используется 1115,151 тыс. га (83,55%), из которых 874,729 тыс. га – орошаемые, 240,422 тыс. га – осушаемые земли, залежи составляют 205,416 тыс. га. Фактически на оросительных системах поливалось всего 98,126 тыс. га (24%). Выполнена оценка технического состояния мелиоративных объектов и установлено, что 16 систем изношены более чем на 70% и нуждаются в реконструкции (113,21 тыс. га). 85 оросительных систем имеют износ 80…100% и нуждаются в комплексной реконструкции.
