Обеспечение продовольственной безопасности развития «умных городов» в условиях Республики Беларусь | [Ensuring food security for the development of "smart cities" in the context of the Republic of Belarus]

Ruso. В статье рассмотрено обеспечение продовольственной безопасности развития «умных городов» в условиях Республики Беларусь. Цифровая трансформация экономики является неотъемлемым элементом развития современного общества. Внедрение и использование информационно-коммуникационных технологий позволяет субъектам бизнеса достичь конкурентных преимуществ на локальном и глобальном рынках за счет повышения качества продукции, оперативности и обоснованности принимаемых управленческих решений. Проведенные исследования показали, что продовольственная безопасность и развитие городского и пригородного сельского хозяйства «умных городов» тесно связаны между собой и предполагают разработку и реализацию комплексной программы, включающей вопросы региональной политики управления и использования сельскохозяйственных земель, развития и поддержки структуры городского и пригородного сельского хозяйства, торговли сельскохозяйственной продукцией, произведенной фермерскими хозяйствами и ЛПХ, а также интеграции пригородного и городского сельского хозяйства в местное социокультурное наследие и управление.

Inglés. The article considers ensuring food security for the development of "smart cities" in the Republic of Belarus. Digital transformation of the economy is an integral part of the development of modern society. The introduction and use of information and communication technologies allows business entities to achieve competitive advantages in local and global markets by improving the quality of products, efficiency and validity of management decisions. The conducted studies have shown that food security and the development of urban and suburban agriculture of "smart cities" are closely related and involve the development and implementation of a comprehensive program that includes issues of regional policy for the management and use of agricultural land, development and support of the structure of urban and suburban agriculture, trade in agricultural products produced by farms and private household plots, as well as the integration of suburban and urban agriculture into the local socio-cultural heritage and management.
