Methodological and analytical tools for substantiating the rational dimension of regulators for ensuring the sustainability of reproductive processes in perennial agrocenoses | Методический и аналитический инструментарий обоснования рациональной размерности регуляторов обеспечения устойчивости воспроизводственных процессов в многолетних агроценозах

Inglés. The necessity of improving the system of regulators for ensuring the sustainability of reproductive processes in perennial agrocenoses involving garden crops and vines is substantiated. A generalizing characteristic of the effectiveness of existing regulators for ensuring the sustainability of reproductive processes in perennial agrocenoses is given. It is suggested combining indicators characterizing the effectiveness of macroeconomic, technical, technological, and economic regulators into an integral indicator using mathematical statistics methods. The main reasons that reduce the effectiveness of regulators for ensuring the sustainability of reproductive processes in industrial fruit and viticulture have been identified. Additional macroeconomic, techno-economic, and market regulators are proposed to offset functional imbalances. Methodological approaches and an algorithm for substantiating the necessary dimension of regulators for the development of fruit growing and viticulture industries have been developed. Generalizing criteria have been established to substantiate the rational dimension of regulators for ensuring the sustainability of reproductive processes in industrial fruit growing and viticulture: reducing the deficit of own working capital for the creation of plantations and production activities by up to 30%; increasing the profitability of industrial products (ensuring a profitability of production of more than 60%), which is 28.3 percentage points higher than in 2023; reducing chemical and technogenic impact on the elements of agrocenosis. The rational dimension of macroeconomic and techno-economic regulators for managing the sustainability of re-productive processes in perennial agrocenoses is substantiated.

Ruso. Обоснована необходимость совершенствования системы регуляторов обеспечения устойчивости воспроизводственных процессов (РОУВП) в многолетних агроценозах с участием садовых культур и винограда. Приведена обобщающая характеристика результативности существующих РОУВП в многолетних агроценозах. Предложено объединение показателей, характеризующих результативность макроэкономических, технико-технологических, экономических регуляторов в интегральный показатель, используя методы математической статистики. Выявлены основные причины, снижающие эффективность РОУВП в промышленном плодоводстве и виноградарстве. Предложены дополнительные макроэкономические, технолого-экономические, рыночные регуляторы для нивелирования функциональных диспропорций. Разработаны методические подходы и алгоритм обоснования необходимой размерности регуляторов развития отраслей плодоводства и виноградарства. Установлены обобщающие критерии обоснования рациональной размерности РОУВП в промышленном плодоводстве и виноградарстве: снижение дефицита собственных оборотных средств на создание насаждений и осуществление производственной деятельности до 30%; увеличение доходности производства отраслевой продукции (обеспечение рентабельности производства более 60%), что на 28,3 процентных пункта выше уровня 2023 г.; снижение химико-техногенной нагрузки на элементы агроценоза. Обоснована рациональная размерность макроэкономических и технолого-экономических регуляторов управления устойчивостью воспроизводственных процессов в многолетних агроценозах.
