Use of the functional additive BK-Pt for broilers rearing | Застосування функціональної добавки БК-Пт при вирощуванні курчат-бройлерів

Data on the impact of functional additive BK-Pt based upon Bifidobacterium pullorum, Lactobacillus plantarum, L. paracasei ssp. paracasei and L. rhamnosus bacteria on growth and biochemical parameters of cross – «Cobb-500» broilers cross are presented. Broilers fed with the addition of the BK-Pt during 1-5 days, 21- 25 days and 31-35 days periods are determined to show more intensive growth, in average, of live weight and daily gain. Tendency to hemoglobin level, number of leucocytes, antibacterial and lysozyme activity growth is determined. Application of the functional additive dosed 1.0 g per 1 kg of feed is shown to contribute to increasing of the mass of the edible parts due to the increase of muscle mass (including fillets).

Ucranio. Представлені дані щодо впливу функціональної добавки БК-Пт на основі бактерій Bifidobacterium pullorum, Lactobacillus plantarum, L. paracasei ssp. paracasei, L.rhamnosus на динаміку росту, а також біохімічні показники курчат-бройлерів кросу “Кобб-500”. Встановлено, що у курчат, які отримували функціональну добавку БК-Пт за такою схемою 1-5 діб, з 21-25 та 31-35 добу інтенсивніше зростала середня жива маса та добові прирости. Встановлено тенденцію до підвищення вмісту гемоглобіну, зростання кількості лейкоцитів, бактерицидної та лізоцимної активностей. Показано, що застосування функціональної добавки у дозі 1,0 на 1 кг комбікорму сприяє підвищенню маси їстівних частин за рахунок збільшення маси м'язів (у т.ч. і філе).
