Impactul utilajului tehnologic în inofensivitatea produselor alimentare

Problematica studiului constă în analiza impactului utilajului tehnologic asupra inofensivității produselor alimentare. Examinarea surselor bibliografice privind problema infofensivității utilajului tehnologic asupra proceselor de producție, prezentarea metodelor și materialelor de testare și evaluare a calității materialelor în industria de producere a utilajelor, explicarea inofensivității utilajului tehnologic prin exemplul propriu de producere a pasterizatorului de lapte. Obiectivele cercetării constau în: studierea standardelor de calitate în domeniul utilajului tehnologic din industria alimentară; clasificarea și caracteristicile utilajelor pentru industria alimentară; examinarea cerințelor de calitate și certificarea utilajului; examinarea particularităților calității materialelor în industria de producere a utilajului, studiu privind cerințele față de materialele pentru echipamente de producție alimentară; examinarea metodelor de testare și evaluare a calității materi-alelor pentru producerea utilajului; studiu practic al inofensivității utilajului de pasteurizare a laptelui.

The issue of the study is the analysis of the impact of technological equipment on the safety of food. Examining the bibliographic sources on the problem of inoffensively technological equipment on production processes, presentation of methods and materials for testing and evaluating the quality of materials in the machinery production industry, explaining the harmlessness of technological equipment through its own example of milk pasteurizer production. The objectives of the research are: studying the quality standards in the field of technological equipment in the food industry; classification and characteristics of equipment for the food industry; examination of quality requirements and certification of equipment; examination of the particularities of the quality of materials in the machine production industry, study on the requirements for materials for food production equipment; examining the methods of testing and evaluating the quality of materials for the production of the machine; practical study of the innocuousness of the milk pasteurization machine.
