Представлены результаты исследований функционального состояния растений в связи с их устойчивостью к комплексу абиотических факторов. Предлагается новый методический подход для оценки засухо- и термоустойчивости на основе сравнительного анализа водных и физических параметров листьев с применением методов фото- и термоиндукции флуоресценции хлорофилла. Определение функционального состояния растений с использованием предложенных методов может быть применено в селекционной работе, сельском хозяйстве в целом, в частности садоводстве и орошаемом земледелии при нормировании орошения.
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]The authors present the results of the plants functional state estimation in relation to their resistance to a complex of abiotic factors. A new methodological approach for estimating plant drought- and heat- resistance has been proposed on the basis of the comparative analysis of the water and physical parameters of leaves by ap¬plying the methods of the chlorophyll fluorescence photo- and thermoinduction. The determination of the plants functional state using the proposed methods may be applied in the breeding work and in agriculture on the whole, in particular, in horticulture and irrigated agriculture when normalizing irrigation.
