Cultural characteristics of fungal isolates, the main causative agents of grape rot in ampelocenoses of the Western Ciscaucasia | Культуральные характеристики изолятов грибов, основных возбудителей гнили ягод винограда в ампелоценозах Западного Предкавказья

Inglés. The issue of studying groups of microorganisms that cause grape rot is relevant, as it is directly related to ensuring food security and environmental protection. To increase the grape yield protection efficiency, a deeper study of the bioecological features of economically significant mycopathogens in changing environmental conditions is necessary. The paper presents the results of a study of the cultural characteristics of the main grape rot pathogens isolated from the ampelocenoses of the Taman viticulture subzone of the Krasnodar region. In the course of the work, cultures of isolates of 3 types of mycopathogens were studied: Botrytis cinereal – the causative agent of gray rot; Aspergillus niger – the causative agent of aspergillus rot; Penicillium expansum – the causative agent of penicillium rot. The effect of eight solid agarized nutrient media on the nature and dynamics of phytopathogen crop growth was studied. In microbiological studies, solid nutrient media were used. Based on the results of the work, it was found that P. expansum cultured on most media produces abundant mycelium growth during seven days of cultivation. A. niger grows very densely on all media except starvation agar. B cinerea produces a fairly dense and fluffy mycelium on all media. The universal medium for the cultivation of the studied mushrooms is the Saburo medium. Glucose-yeast agar and potato-sucrose agar can also be used to isolate and cultivate P. expansum, A. niger and B. cinerea.

Ruso. Изучение групп микроорганизмов, вызывающих гнили ягод винограда, актуально, так как это напрямую связано с обеспечением продовольственной безопасности и охраной окружающей среды. Для повышения эффективности защиты урожая винограда необходимо более глубокое изучение биоэкологических особенностей экономически значимых микопатогенов в изменяющихся условиях среды. Представлены результаты исследования культуральных характеристик основных возбудителей гнили ягод винограда, возделываемого на ампелоценозах Таманской подзоны виноградарства Краснодарского края. В процессе работы были исследованы культуры изолятов 3-х видов микопатогенов Botrytis cinerea – возбудителя серой гнили; Aspergillus niger – возбудителя аспергиллезной гнили; Penicillium expansum – возбудителя пенициллезной гнили. Было изучено влияние восьми агаризованных питательных сред на характер и динамику роста культур фитопатогенов. По итогам работы установлено, что P. expansum на большинстве сред дает обильный рост мицелия в течение семи суток культивирования. A. niger на всех средах, кроме голодного агара растет весьма плотно. B. cinerea дает на всех средах довольно плотный и пушистый мицелий. Универсальной средой для культивирования исследуемых грибов является среда Сабуро. Так же для выделения и культивирования P. expansum, A. niger и B. cinerea можно использовать глюкозно-дрожжевой агар и картофельно-сахарозный агар.
