El área de dirección y planeación de la Universidad El Bosque es la encargada de coordinar y supervisar los proyectos del Plan de Desarrollo Institucional, pero esta área está enfrentando problemas debido a la descentralización de la información, esto debido al uso de diversas herramientas (como excel, google drive y sharePoint), lo que genera una duplicación de esfuerzos, dificulta el seguimiento y control de los proyectos. Estas deficiencias en la visibilidad y trazabilidad impactan negativamente la eficiencia operativa dentro de la universidad. Para abordar esta oportunidad de mejora, se desarrolló el sistema de información de seguimiento y administración de proyectos (SISAP) con el objetivo de centralizar y optimizar la administración de los proyectos. SISAP se desarrolló bajo una arquitectura cliente-servidor utilizando React en el front end, Java-Spring en el back end y PostgreSQL para la gestión de la base de datos, y se desarrolló mediante la metodología ágil SCRUM, la cual permitió avanzar de manera iterativa a durante 4 sprints, facilitando la integración y refinamiento progresivo de las funcionalidades del sistema. Por otra parte, los resultados obtenidos indican que SISAP logró transformar de manera positiva el proceso de seguimiento y administración de los proyectos, esto mejorando la percepción hacia la visibilidad y trazabilidad de los proyectos desde el área de dirección y planeación, logrando optimizar sus hábitos y creencias respecto al proceso mencionado.

The management and planning area of Universidad El Bosque is in charge of coordinating and supervising the projects of the Institutional Development Plan, but this area is facing problems due to the decentralization of information, this due to the use of various tools (such as excel, google drive and sharePoint), which generates a duplication of efforts, hinders the monitoring and control of projects. These deficiencies in visibility and traceability negatively impact operational efficiency within the university. To address this opportunity for improvement, a project tracking and management information system (SISAP) was developed to centralize and optimize project management. SISAP was developed under a client-server architecture using React on the front end, Java-Spring on the back end and PostgreSQL for database management, and was developed using the agile SCRUM methodology, which allowed iterative progress during 4 sprints, facilitating the integration and progressive refinement of the system's functionalities. On the other hand, the results obtained indicate that SISAP managed to positively transform the process of monitoring and administration of the projects, improving the perception towards the visibility and traceability of the projects from the management and planning area, optimizing their habits and beliefs regarding the mentioned process.
