abstractPL: Zaprezentowano przedsiębiorstwo objęte modernizacją oraz omówiono zagadnienia związane z obróbką drewna. Przedstawiono maszyny występujące w tartaku oraz ich zastosowanie. W oparciu o nową linię produkcyjną wyposażoną w nowoczesny trak ramowy, podajnik automatyczny oraz stół odbiorczy wykazano korzyści płynące z modernizacji w zakładzie przerobu drewna. Przedstawiono dwie koncepcje linii technologicznych oraz poddano analizie koszty i rentowność zakładu w obu wariantach. Przeprowadzona modernizacja szacunkowo zwiększa zysk przedsiębiorstwa o 346 tysięcy złoty co sprawia, że inwestycja zwróciła się po upływie około 7 miesięcy. Całkowity koszt przeprowadzonych działań modernizacyjnych wyniósł około 200 tysięcy złotych (biorąc pod uwagę sprzedaż starej linii).

abstractEN: The following essay presents the enterprise covered by modernization and discusses issues related to wood processing. Were present all the machines that appear in the sawmill and information about their use. The benefits of modernization in the wood processing plant have been demonstrated on the basis of a new production line equipped with a modern frame saw, an automatic feeder and a receiving table, two concepts of technological lines were presented and the costs and profitability of the plant in both variants were analyzed. The modernization is estimated to increase the company's profit by PLN 346 thousand, which makes the investment pay back after about 7 months. The total cost of modernization measures was about PLN 200,000 (taking into account the sale of the old line).
