Summary Agritourism offers farmers and ranchers an opportunity to diversify income and engage with visitors. However, small to mid-sized agritourism businesses often struggle with planning, marketing, and management due to limited resources and expertise. Challenges include understanding market demands, optimizing resources, attracting visitors, and navigating regulations while maintaining profitability. The AI-Powered Agritourism Toolkit (AgriTourismAI.com), hereafter referred to as “the Toolkit”, is a Python- and HTML-based web application designed to help farmers and ranchers overcome agritourism challenges. Developed by the author, this innovative digital solution leverages machine learning algorithms and tailored datasets to generate user-specific and actionable insights. It features a chatbot and five modules: Business Plan, Marketing Strategy, Risk Management, Compliance Check, and Impact Assessment. These tools empower users to address agritourism complexities, enhance sustainability, and craft memorable visitor experiences. Early field results indicate the Toolkit is a promising digital solution for agritourism operators. Applied to Colorado’s Prairie Ridge Buffalo Ranch, a multi-generational ranch housing 1000–1200 buffalo across 15,000 acres of native grasslands. The ranch’s offerings, including buffalo tours, hunting, and meat sales, benefit from the Toolkit’s features to provide actionable insights such as targeted marketing strategies, optimized risk management, and sustainability recommendations that align with the ranch’s goals. As it scales, the Toolkit promises to empower rural communities to navigate complex challenges and unlock new revenue streams. Information © The Author 2025
