Inglés. Networks of enterprises can be an effective tool for promoting and enhancing the potential of forestry and forestry chains. After the presentation of the network contract as a tool for cooperation among enterprises, this paper analyzes the specific discipline for agricultural networks, and then illustrates the market response to the introduction of this tool. Finally, the potential for the development of network contracts in forestry is examined, also referring to the opportunities offered by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and the new tool of the Forestry Sector Agreements.

Dopo una presentazione del contratto di rete quale strumento di cooperazione tra imprese, questo lavoro analizza la disciplina specifica dettata per le reti agricole, per poi illustrare la risposta del mercato italiano all’introduzione di questo strumento. Vengono inoltre evidenziate le potenzialità di sviluppo di reti di imprese in ambito forestale, anche in riferimento alle opportunità offerte dal Piano nazionale di ripresa e resilienza e dal nuovo strumento degli “accordi di foresta”.
