PRODUCTION AND QUALITY OF MILK IN RUSSIA | ПРОИЗВОДСТВО И КАЧЕСТВО МОЛОКА В РОССИИ

Inglés. The article analyzes the production and quality of milk in Russia, as well as provides data on the prospects for the development of dairy production in the near future. The role of dairy production in ensuring food security of the country was noted. In the domestic Russian market there is a steady growth in the production of commercial milk. The positive dynamics is promoted by the active support of the industry from the state: these are subsidies for investment and short-term loans, subsidies aimed at reimbursing part of the costs for the construction of dairy farms, to increase the productivity of dairy cattle breeding. In 2018, the state allocated more than 28.3 billion rubles for the development of the dairy industry. The share of Federal districts-milk producers in the total volume of milk production in Russia in 2018 is given. The largest producer of milk is the Volga Federal district, whose total share in 2018 was 31 %.The dynamics of the development of dairy production aimed at providing the population with milk of its own production is revealed. The necessity of further state support of the dairy industry in 2019 at the level not lower than 2018 is justified, which will allow to maintain a positive trend in the development of the dairy industry and ensure in the near future the food security of Russia in respect of milk and dairy products.

Ruso. В статье дается анализ производства и качества молока в России, а также приводятся данные по перспективе развития молочного производства на ближайшее время. Отмечена роль молочного производства в обеспечении продовольственной безопасности страны. На внутреннем российском рынке сохраняется устойчивый рост производства товарного молока. Позитивной динамике способствует активная поддержка отрасли со стороны государства: это субсидии по инвестиционным и краткосрочным кредитам, субсидии, направленные на возмещение части затрат на строительство молочных ферм, на повышение продуктивности молочного скотоводства. В 2018 году государство выделило более 28,3 млрд. руб. на развитие молочной отрасли. Приведены доли федеральных округов-производителей молока в общем объеме выпуска молока России в 2018 году. Самым крупным производителем молока является Приволжский федеральный округ, суммарная доля которого в 2018 г. составила 31 %.Выявлена динамика развития молочного производства, направленная на обеспечение населения молоком собственного производства. Обоснована необходимость дальнейшей государственной поддержки молочной отрасли в 2019 году на уровне не ниже 2018 года, что позволит сохранить позитивный тренд развития молочной отрасли и обеспечить в ближайшее время продовольственную безопасность России в отношении молока и молочной продукции.
