Effect of Soil Amendments Combined with Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria on Soil Chemical Properties under Moringa Canopy | ผลของการใช้วัสดุปรับปรุงดินร่วมกับเชื้อแบคทีเรียที่สามารถย่อยสลายฟอสเฟตต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสมบัติทางเคมีของดินภายใต้ทรงพุ่มมะรุม

Inglés. On field trials were conducted in Moringa seeding area at Prince Chackraband Pensiri Center for Plant Development, Chiang Rai, during January-December 2014. Fifteen isolates of phosphate solubilizing bacteria were collected which the highest clear zone on Czapek medium at 1.25 cm of Isolate 14. The isolate 14 was chosen in medium for treatment with 1 x 108 CFU/ml using Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). The experiment consisted of 4 treatments; 1) control, 2) Dolomite (100 kg rai-1), 3) Rock Phosphate (50 kg rai-1) and 4) Rock Phosphate (50 kg rai-1) plus Phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB-Isolate 14) with 4 replications. Results of the study showed that all soil amendment application provided higher soil reaction (pH) under moringa canopies than control treatment at 3 and 6 months after applied. Organic matter is ranging from 3.80 to 2.83% at 3 months after treated and 3.86 to 3.25 at 6 months after treated, on top and subsoil respectively but not significant among treatments. Rock phosphate combining with PSB-islolate 14 caused the highest extractable P on topsoil at 58 mgP kg-1 at 3 months after treated (P<0.05). The application of dolomite 100 kg rai-1 provided the highest value of extractable Ca 1,640 and 1,214 mgCa kg-1 at 3 and 6 months after treated respectively (P<0.01). On the other hand, extractable K,  Mg and trace elements were not significant  both in top and subsoil under moringa canopies at 3 and 6 months after treated.

Tailandés. การศึกษาผลของการใช้วัสดุปรับปรุงดินร่วมกับเชื้อแบคทีเรียที่สามารถย่อยสลายฟอสเฟตต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงคุณสมบัติของดินใต้ทรงพุ่มมะรุม ในแปลงผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์มะรุมของศูนย์พัฒนาพันธุ์พืชจักรพันธ์เพ็ญศิริ จังหวัดเชียงราย ตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม - ธันวาคม 2557 โดยพบเชื้อแบคทีเรียที่ย่อยสลายฟอสเฟตทั้งหมด 15 ไอโซเลท ซึ่งเชื้อแบคทีเรียไอโซเลทที่ 14 มีความสามารถในการย่อยสลายฟอสเฟตโดยวัดความกว้างของวงใสในอาหารเลี้ยงเชื้อ สูงที่สุดคือ 1.25 เซนติเมตร จึงนำมาขยายเป็นเชื้อแบคทีเรียชนิดเหลวที่มีปริมาณเชื้อ 1 x 108 CFU/ml เพื่อนำมาวางแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มลงในบล็อคอย่างสมบูรณ์ (RCBD) ประกอบด้วย  4 ตำรับทดลอง 4 ซ้ำ  ดังนี้ 1) ตำรับควบคุม (control) 2) ตำรับที่ใส่ปูนโดโลไมท์ อัตรา 100 กิโลกรัม/ไร่  3) ตำรับที่ใส่หินฟอตเฟต อัตรา 50 กิโลกรัม/ไร่ และ 4) ตำรับที่ใส่หินฟอตเฟต อัตรา 50 กิโลกรัม/ไร่ ร่วมกับเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ย่อยสลายฟอสเฟต  พบว่า ค่าความเป็นกรดด่างของดินใต้ทรงพุ่มมะรุมหลังใส่ปูนโดโลไมท์ หินฟอสเฟต และการใส่หินฟอสเฟตร่วมกับเชื้อแบคทีเรียย่อยสลายฟอสเฟต สูงกว่าตำรับควบคุมในเดือนที่ 3 และ 6 หลังใส่ตำรับทดลอง ปริมาณอินทรีย์วัตถุในดินมีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.80 และ 2.83% ในเดือนที่ 3 และ 3.86 และ 3.25% ในเดือนที่ 6 หลังใส่ตำรับทดลองในดินระดับบนและดินระดับล่างตามลำดับแต่ไม่มีความแตกต่างในทางสถิติ  ปริมาณฟอสเฟตที่สกัดได้ใต้ทรงพุมมะรุมสูงที่สุดเมื่อมีใส่หินฟอตเฟต อัตรา 50 กิโลกรัม/ไร่ ร่วมกับเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ย่อยสลายฟอสเฟต คือ 58 mg kg-1 ในดินระดับบน หลังจากใส่ตำรับทดลอง 3 เดือน (P<0.05)  การใส่โดโลไมท์ อัตรา 100 กก/ไร่ ส่งผลให้ปริมาณแคลเซียมที่สกัดได้สูงที่สุดคือ 1,640 และ 1,214 mg kg-1 หลังใส่ตำรับทดลอง 3 และ 6 เดือน ตามลำดับ (P<0.01) ขณะที่ปริมาณโพแทสเซียม แมกนีเซียม และ ธาตุอาหารเสริมทุกตัวที่สกัดได้ในดินไม่มีความแต่ต่างในทางสถิติระหว่างตำรับทดลองในดินใต้ทรงพุ่มมะรุม ที่ระยะ 3 และ 6 เดือนหลังการใส่ตำรับทดลอง
