The effect of some factors and kernel geometric features on sprouting of triticale | Wpływ wybranych czynników i cech geometrycznych ziarniaków na porastanie pszenżyta ozimego

Inglés. The multiplication of two triticale varieties was carried out in the years 1998–2000. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th generations and the control (initial material sown evry year) were investigated. The following features were determined: percentage of sprouted seeds, weight of thousand seeds, test weight, number of seeds per one gram, accuracy and geometric features: lenght, width and thickness of a kernel. The presence of sprouted seeds depended on a year of harvest, in particular on temperature and rainfall during the maturation time. No correlation was found between the presence of sprouted seeds and generation, geometric features of kernels, weight of 1000 seeds, test weight and accuracy.
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Polaco. W latach 1998–2000 prowadzono reprodukcję dwóch odmian pszenżyta ozimego. Badano drugą, trzecią i czwartą generację oraz kontrolę (materiał wyjściowy wysiewany każdego roku). Oznaczono procentowy udział nasion porośniętych, masę tysiąca nasion, masę hektolitra, liczbę ziarniaków w 1 g i dorodność. Ponadto oznaczono cechy geometryczne: długość, szerokość i grubość 300 ziarniaków z każdej kombinacji. Udział nasion porośniętych zależał tylko od roku zbioru, to jest temperatury i opadów w czasie dojrzewania ziarna. Nie stwierdzono zależności pomiędzy udziałem nasion porośniętych i stopniem rozmnożenia oraz cechami geometrycznymi i parametrami jakości, takimi jak: masa tysiąca nasion, dorodność i masa hektolitra.
