The yield of seed potatoes and the accumulation of virus infection depends on the application of the preparation based on mineral oil and the desiccation of the potato liquid | Урожайність насіннєвої картоплі та накопичення вірусної інфекції залежно від застосування препарату на основі мінеральної олії SunSpray11E та десикації картоплиння

Inglés. The article presents the research results to study the effect of drugs based on mineral oil on the accumulation of viral infection in the reproduction process. On average, during the years of studies in 2018–2020, the highest seed yield was obtained by potato desiccation 10 days after potato flowering – 82.4–85.3 %, but the total and seed yield was low. The yield of potato seed material increased with the removal of potatoes in 20 days – with a total yield depending on the variety of 28.8‒30.0 t/ha, the yield of seed tubers in the range of 20.6–22.9 t/ha for the seed content in the crop structure – 71.0–76.3% was obtained. The yield of potatoes depended on the period of desiccation of potatoes and significantly decreased with early removal of potatoes. Removal of potatoes 10 days after flowering ensured a yield of seed tubers in the range of 18.2–19.0 t/ha, the seed fraction yield was 82.4–85.3 %, 20 days after flowering – 20.6–22.9 t/ha, the seed fraction yield was 71.0–76.3 % of the total yield. According to the results of the post-harvest assessment of seed potatoes by the indexing method with subsequent testing by the DAS-ELISA method in 2020, the dependence of the level of infection of plants with M-, Y-, L-viruses on the timing of potato removal in combination with aphidicide-insecticide treatments and application of SunSpray11E mineral oil was revealed. The potato plants, where the removal of potatoes during 2018, 2019 was carried out 10 days after flowering, which was for potato varieties Myroslava – 4.0% (the control variant 9.0 %), Predslava – 3.0 % (the control variant 10.0 %), Alians – 4.0 % (the control variant 9.0 %) were the least M-virus infected.The reduction in the level of infection of seed potatoes due to the removal of potato plants in the term ‒ on the 10th day after flowering was: for the Myroslava variety - by 5.0 % (in the control 9.0 %), Predslava ‒ by 6.0 % (in the control 10.0 %), Alliance – 5.0 % (9.0  % under control). The level of M-virus infection when removing potatoes on the 10th day after flowering with the application of mineral oil Sunspray at a rate of 6.0 l/ha decreased for potato varieties Myroslava – by 2.0 %, Predslava – by 1.5 %, Alians – by 1.0 %. It was established that no potato plants infected with Y-, L-viruses were detected.

Ucranio. Представлено результати досліджень з вивчення впливу препарату на основі мінеральної олії SunSpray11Е та десикації картоплиння на врожайність насіннєвої картоплі та накопичення вірусної інфекції в процесі репродукування. У середньому за 2018–2020 рр. досліджень найвищий вихід насіння отримано за десикації картоплиння через 10 діб після цвітіння картоплі (82,4–85,3 %), проте рівень загального та насіннєвого врожаю був низьким. Вихід насіннєвого матеріалу картоплі зростав за видалення картоплиння через 20 діб – за загального врожаю залежно від сорту 28,8–30,0 т/га отримано врожай насіннєвих бульб у межах 20,6–22,9 т/га за вмісту насіння у структурі врожаю 71,0–76,3 %. Урожайність картоплі залежала від строку десикації картоплиння і значно знижувалася за раннього його видалення. Видалення картоплиння через 10 діб після цвітіння забезпечувало врожай насіннєвих бульб у межах 18,2–19,0 т/га, вихід насіннєвої фракції ‒ 82,4–85,3 %, через 20 діб після цвітіння – 20,6–22,9 т/га, вихід насіннєвої фракції становив 71,0–76,3 % загального урожаю. За результатами післязбирального оцінювання насіннєвої картоплі методом індексації з подальшим тестуванням методом DAS-ELISA у 2020 р. виявлено залежність рівня інфікованості рослин М-, Y-, L-вірусами від строків видалення картоплиння у поєднанні з афіцидно-інсектицидними обробками та внесенням мінеральної олії SunSpray11Е. Найменш інфікованими М-вірусом були рослини картоплі, де видалення картоплиння протягом 2018, 2019 рр. проводили у строк через 10 діб після цвітіння, що становило за сортами картоплі: Мирослава – 4,0 % (на контролі 9,0 %), Предслава – 3,0 % (на контролі 10,0 %), Альянс – 4,0 % (на контролі 9,0 %). Зниження рівня зараження насіннєвої картоплі  за видалення картоплиння у строк на 10 добу після цвітіння становило: в сорту Мирослава – на 5,0 % (на контролі 9,0 %), Предслава –  на 6,0 % (на контролі 10,0 %), Альянс – 5,0 % (на контролі 9,0 %). За результатами досліджень рівень інфікованості насіннєвої картоплі М-вірусом за видалення картоплиння на 10 добу після цвітіння за внесення мінеральної олії SunSpray11Е в нормі 6,0 л/га знижувався відповідно за сортами картоплі: Мирослава – на 2,0 %, Предслава – на 1,5 %, Альянс – на 1,0 %.
