Influence of the potato harvesting period of spring planting on the productivity of seed material at summer planting with freshly picked tubers in the conditions of Southern Ukraine | Вплив строку збирання картоплі весняного садіння на продуктивність насіннєвого матеріалу за літнього садіння свіжозібраними бульбами в умовах Півдня України

Inglés. The purpose of the research was to identify the regularities of the production process of potato varieties of different ripeness groups, depending on the timing of early harvesting and planting of freshly picked tubers in summer planting. When conducting a two-factor field experiment, five terms of harvesting were provided for the first crop and planting freshly picked potato tubers of different ripeness groups varieties: early-maturing – Shchedryk variety, medium-early – Nevska variety and medium-maturing – Slovyanka variety. The accounting area of the plot was 6.37 m2, the planting density – 48.3 thousand tubers per 1 ha, the location of the plots is randomized. The research was conducted under irrigation conditions during 2014–2015. Statistical methods were used to determine the reliability of the obtained data. Only the period of planting tubers significantly affected the date of passing the development phases. Planting on July 10 caused the onset of budding 8-11 days later, and full flowering did not occur. The field germination of the material also changed according to the planting period. When planted on June 20, it was 74.0% for Shchedryk and Nevska varieties and 80.8% for Slovyanka variety. Almost the same level of field germination was maintained at planting on June 25. Further delay in planting leads to aging of tubers and, as a consequence, a sharp decrease in field germination, which on July 10 amounted 39.4–48.1%. The medium-ripened Slovyanka variety was the most productive in spring planting – 16 t/ha, although the potato harvest at the first harvest period (June 20) was only 9.33 t/ha. The highest yield during this harvesting period was formed by the early-maturing Shchedryk variety – 10.0 and the medium-early Nevska variety – 10.1 t/ha. Based on the results of two years of research, it should be stated that the most acceptable period for summer planting of freshly picked tubers in the south of Ukraine is the period of June 20–25. At the same time, the first crop (SE) is formed at the level of 9.3–11.8 t/ha, with a prime cost of 4542–3699 UAH/t, respectively. Planting freshly picked tubers during this period ensures that 17.5–16.3 t/ha of high-quality tubers (E) are obtained in autumn and, when sold as seed material, provides a production profitability of 305–280%.

Ucranio. Метою проведення досліджень було виявлення закономірностей продукційного процесу сортів картоплі різних груп стиглості залежно від строків збирання раннього врожаю та садіння свіжозібраних бульб у літньому садінні. За проведення двофакторного польового досліду передбачали п’ять строків збирання першого врожаю та садіння свіжозібраних бульб картоплі сортів різних груп стиглості: ранньостиглої – сорт Щедрик, середньоранньої – сорт Невська та середньостиглої – сорт Слов’янка. Облікова площа ділянки 6,37 м², густота садіння 48,3 тис. бульб на 1 га, розташування ділянок рандомізоване. Дослідження проводили в умовах зрошення протягом 2014–2015 рр. Для визначення достовірності отриманих даних використовували статистичні методи. Суттєво вплинув на дату проходження фаз розвитку лише строк садіння бульб. Садіння 10 липня спричинило настання фази бутонізації на 8–11 днів пізніше, а повне цвітіння не відбулось. Відповідно до строку садіння змінювалась і польова схожість матеріалу. При садінні 20 червня вона становила 74,0 у сортів Щедрик та Невська і 80,8% у сорту Слов’янка. Практично такий же рівень польової схожості зберігався і при садінні 25 червня. Подальше запізнення із садінням призводить до старіння бульб і, як наслідок, різкого зменшення польової схожості, яка 10 липня становила 39,4–48,1%. Найвища урожайність за весняного садіння була в середньостиглого сорту Слов’янка – 16 т/га, хоча врожай картоплі за першого строку збирання (20 червня) складав лише 9,33 т/га. Найвищий урожай за цього строку збирання сформували ранньостиглий сорт Щедрик – 10,0 та середньоранній – Невська – 10,1 т/га. За підсумками двох років досліджень найбільш прийнятним строком літнього садіння свіжозібраних бульб на півдні України є період 20–25 червня. При цьому формується перший врожай (SE) на рівні 9,3–11,8 т/га при собівартості, відповідно, 4542–3699 грн/т. Садіння свіжозібраних бульб у цей період забезпечує отримання восени 17,5–16,3 т/га бульб (E) високої якості і при реалізації як насіннєвого матеріалу має рентабельність виробництва 305–280%.
