[ES] Trabajo fin de grado (TFG) de construcción de una nave para maquinaria agrícola y aperos. El TFG cuenta con los anejos de electricidad, recogida de aguas pluviales y residuales y construcción de dicha nave. También cuenta con el presupuesto del total de la obra y el pliego de condiciones. El trabajo consiste en la construcción de la nave, además del desarrollo de las instalaciones eléctricas y de la obra civil que, para que la nave estuviese en uso, deberían ser acometidas. El presente TFG tiene como objeto el diseño y el cálculo de una nave agrícola destinada al almacenamiento de maquinaria agrícola así como diferentes productos agrícolas de manera puntual (semillas, cebada, etc.) en la localidad de Castralvo, Teruel. Al mismo tiempo, se aporta la documentación necesaria de índole técnica y económica, que, en el caso de una hipotética ejecución, permita el desarrollo de ésta, de manera correcta cumpliendo siempre tanto la normativa oficial como las ordenanzas específicas de construcción existentes en la población. También se tienen en cuenta otros objetos y espacios necesarios en nuestro almacén agrícola y que, sin ser maquinaria agrícola, ocupan espacio físico. Nuestra nave cuenta con oficina y vestuario. Además, hay que tener en cuenta la dimensión de la nave para poder albergar una zona para la mecanización y reparación de las máquinas.

[EN] Final Degree Project for the construction of a building for agricultural machinery and implements. The Final Degree Project would include the annexes on electricity,rainwater and wastewater collection and the construction of the building. It would also include the budget for the total work and the specifications. The work would consist of the construction of the building and the development of the electrical installations and the civil works to be undertaken so that the building can be in use. The purpose of this Final Degree Project would be the design and calculation of an agricultural building for the storage of agricultural machinery as well as different agricultural products (seeds, barley, etc.) in the town of Castralvo, Teruel. At the same time, the necessary technical and economic documentation will be provided, which, in the case of a hypothetical execution, will allow the development of this, in a correct way, always complying with both the official regulations and the specific construction ordinances existing in the town. We must also take into account other objects and spaces necessary in our agricultural warehouse which, without being agricultural machinery, also take up physical space. Our warehouse will have a dressroom and an office. In addition, the size of the building must be taken into account in order to be able to house an area for the mechanisation and repair of the machines.
