Оценка поедаемости блистер-приманок лисами при пероральной иммунизации их против бешетсва

Studying of palatability of bait blisters applied for oral immunization of wild carnivores against rabies was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus by an example of foxes which were administrated with liquid viral vaccines against rabies. Foxes were divided into 5 groups with 8 animals in each. Animals of the first group were immunized with a liquid viral vaccine in blister baits Lisvulpen-VBF which was produced from an attenuate strain of rabies virus SAD-BERN (Belarus). Animals of the second group were immunized with liquid viral vaccine Belvak TM BP produced from the cultural living strain KMIEhV-V101 (Belarus). Animals of the rest three groups were immunized with liquid viral vaccine in blister baits which was produced from a modified strain of a fixed attenuate rabies virus KMIEV-94. Foxes of the forth group were additionally fed with ascorbic acid with baits in the doze of 0,1 g, and foxes of the fifth group were fed with 5 ml immune response modifier Nuklevit. All mentioned blister baits were studied in accordance with the following parameters: bait flavor and attraction to animals; form and size of bait; bait consistency; blister and its size in relation to bait; palatability of bait; degree of damage of bait containing a vaccine; quantity vaccine which was got into animal oral cavity; postvaccinal complication. Palatability of liquid viral vaccines in blister baits Lisvulpen-VBF was 96%, Belvak TM BP - 94%, KMIEV-94 - 80%

Influence of potassium orotate on hematological, immunomorphological indexes and and marrowy myelopoiesis of broiler chickens in the process of oral associated immunization against infectious bronchitis and poultry Newcastle disease was investigated in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. There were studied 60 broiler chickens divided into 3 groups: one control group and two experimental ones. Research results established that potassium orotate application in combination with associated poultry immunization against infectious bronchitis and Newcastle disease increased the number of leucocytes and the volume of adenoid tissue as well as raised the lymphocytes density in thymus and bursa of Fabricius. In the bone marrow aspirates in 7 days after immunization in the control group there was stated the increasing of basophilic myelocytes number in comparison with the second experimental group. In 14 days in the control group there was noted the increasing of a total number of basophiles. In 21 days after immunization there were stated no considerable changes in the composition of basophil cells in the experimental groups. Research results showed that potassium orotate intensively stimulated the development of plasmocytic reaction in the conditions of multipartial immunization

Determination of a degree of manifestation of immunomorphological changes in immune system organs of piglets vaccinated against salmonellosis, pasteurellosis and streptoccocusis with SPS vaccine (against salmonellosis (Salmonella), pasteurellosis (Pasteurella) and streptococcus) in combination with immunostimulative drugs and without them was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Piglets of 30-35 days old were divided into 4 groups according to the analogue principle. Piglets of the first group were vaccinated against salmonellosis, pasteurellosis and streptoccocusis by SPS vaccine. Piglets of the second group were vaccinated by SPS vaccine with vitamin C. Piglets of the third group were vaccinated by SPS vaccine with immunotstimulant sodium thiosulphate. The fourth (control) group of animals was administrated with normal saline. Animals were immunized twice, intramuscularly with 7 day interval in dose of 4 ml (primary), and 5 ml (secondary). Vitamin С was administrated in dose of 0,05g per head. Sodium thiosulfate was administrated in combination with the vaccine in 30% concentration. The research results showed that immunization with SPS vaccine in combination with sodium thiosulphate and vitamin С promoted the activation of morphological reactions in tissues at locus of vaccine administration, lymphodnudus and lien. Immunization of piglets by SPS vaccine with sodium thiosulphate and with vitamin С activated the limphiod, micro- and macrophage reactions at locus of vaccine administration, as well as in organs and cells there was stated the well-marked vitamin C and glycogen distribution. Sodium thiosulphate showed higher immunostimulate influence in comparison with vitamin C

After the pathomorphological and histological studies of innards of fallen experimental animals in all realized experiments it was found that sheep and lambs infected with pneumoviral infections (Parainfluenza-3, Adenoviridae, respiratory streptococcosis infection) with their additional infestation with radioactive substances there was stated the acceleration of infectious process, and disease recrudesced up to 2-5 and more times (depending on irradiation doze). The immunity of sheep and lambs decreased caused by reproduction of viruses, and in acute cases animals died but in cases of mild forms the disease transformed into chronic form and caused animal death.

It was established that in blood serum of pigs vaccinated against leptospirosis there was an authentic increasing of alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase and gamma-glutamyltransferase that made proved the presence of residual reactogenicity of biological preparations. In course of the experiment there were used 4 groups of swine which were administrated with 4 types of vaccines: 1. polyvalent vaccine produced in Belarus; 2. experimental thiosulfate vaccine in which there was used 30% sodium solution; 3. experimental emulsified vaccine; experimental emulsified + sodium + thiosulfate vaccine.

Influence of polyphepan with lactulose on dynamics of hematological parameters for the preventive maintenance of gastroenteritis of piglets was studied in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Research results showed that application of the presented preparation provided normalization of haemotological parameters of blood, reduction of a level of organism intoxication that was characterized by lowering of concentration lipid peroxidation components.

Development of a production technology of a national anthelminthic preparation Triclafen (from benzimidazole group) on the basis of triclabendazole and fenbendazole was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized experiments it was found that the developed suspension corresponded the requirements of pharmacopoeial items and can be applied for veterinary practice. Composition of different components with wide action spectrum made it possible to apply it against ruminant animals.

Determination of chronic toxicity of a new selenium-containing preparation Aesel was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. There was realized endermatic administration of the experimental preparation to laboratory white mice. Studying of sensitivity of some organs and systems of mice and revelation of a degree of reversibility of processes caused by active substances of the drug was realized. The main clinical, pathomorphologic, biochemical, hematological changes in the organism of laboratory animals with induced chronic toxicity were determined.

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was developed a production technology and there were produced samples of lyophilizated live vaccine against Aujeszky's disease of swine which corresponded to all parameters of control. The vaccine had an expressed phylactic power, induced the development of long-lived immunity of vaccinated piglets.
