Milchard, M.J. | Nitasna Pichitakul
The acceptability of the dementholised oil produced from the Ryokubi strain of Mentha arvensis grown in Thailand was the subject of an opinion survey conducted within the country. Further tests were conducted at the Tropical Products Institute, London. Laboratory analysis revealed that the sample conformed with the requirements of the British Standard for dementholised and that it was of an acceptable quality.
