The experiment was conducted to determine effect of different levels of NPK fertilizer on grain yield of maize as influenced by farm manure and irrigation water applied under optimal soil and crop management. The highest efficiency of mineral fertilizers was obtained from adequate irrigation supplied (9000 m3/ha) as compared to insufficient irrigation (7000 m/ha), farm manure added showed no appreciable effect on this efficiency. The highest grain yield (8 ton/2 ha) was obtained by adding 160 N + 120 P205 + 60 K2O kg/ha under adequate irrigation water regime compared to 4,8 ton/ha from adequate irrigation water supplied
