Improvement of checking intervals of reeling cocoon number per thread on reeling capability in cocoon mechanical test

In cocoon mechanical test, the checking intervals of reeling cocoon number per thread was adjusted to be reasonable for saving manpower in the reeling operation. The checking times of reeling cocoon number per thread could be reduced to 20 times by properly lengthening the checking intervals without any troubles in cocoon testing results, while the checking was 79 times in the existing system. Consequently, the number of reeling tests changeable per reeler increased from 2 to 3 blocks and the labour requirement head for reeling was much decreased by 33 percent, as compared with the conventional method
