Studies on the causes of grape stalk atrophy

This experiment was for 3 years from 1981 to 1983 to obtain the data on the causes of grapevine stalk atrophy. The grapevine stalk atrophy was revealed in 'Himrod Seedless', 'Niagara', 'Kyoho', 'Golden Queen'. The K/Ca + Mg quotient in the grapevine leaf petiole revealed symptom was higher than that normal in 'Golden Queen'. The content of K in the grapevine leaf petiole revealed symptom was lower than that normal in 'Himrod Seedless'. Physalospora bacce and Conithyrium diplodiella were observed in 'Golden Queen' and Coniothyrium diplodiella in "Himrod Seedless'
