Classification of Xanthomomas campestris pv. oryzae isolates into strains by bacteriophage method and distribution of the strains in Korea [R.]

The study was done to classify the strains of isolates by using four bacteriophages. Strain A was 14.6% and strain B was 85.4%. Only the strains A and B was found. Strain A was abundantly distributed around the west-south coast, while strain B was distributed almost evenly throughout the country
