Association analysis for yield and quality traits in sorghum

Grain yield per plant showed significant and positive correlation with harvest index and panicle length in both environments and also with flag leaf area in the irrigated condition. The relationship between grain yield and protein content was negative. Sugar content had negative correlation with panicle length, however, it did not show any association with protein content
