The subject of experiment were 48 porkers fed on a ration of concentrates containing the seeds of horse bean, pea and lupin with or without addition of methionine and lysine. It was stated that the greatest differences in the growth occurred at the beginning of fattening. There were observed the lower daily gains in experimental than in control groups. The addition of amino acids improved the protein digestibility. The results of slaughter estimation had shown that the animals obtaining ground grain of leguminous plants were as well muscled as the ones from control group
