Studies on the possibility of using dried solid fraction of swine slurry in feeding beef cattle

In the three experiments with Black-and-White young bulls the effect of different share of the solid fractions of swine slurry on performance of the bulls and carcass quality was determined. The best results were obtained by feeding bulls the supplementing mixture or balanced feed with 20-30% share of the dried solid fraction of swine slurry. The use of the dried solid fraction studied had no differential effect on slaughter score as well as on physicochemical and organoleptic parameters of the meat
