Green forage of Malva verticillata was readily eaten by cattle, sheep, swine, horses and rabbits. Digestibility in vitro of the dry substance of young plants was satisfactory but of the older ones - low. The content of dry substance in the plants was relatively low. A great content of slimes can have dietetic effect
