A new biotype of winter rape of a high quality fat and oilmeal has been bred. In the new double-improved variety of Start relationships occurring between the content of thioglycosides in the oilmeal and the useful traits such as yield, weight of 1000 seeds, fat content, height of plants, hibernation were estimated. A lack of any distinct correlation has been proved, what enables a further progress in the double-improved winter rape breeding
