The experiment was conducted to study the effect of digested slurry from biogas plant in comparison with the ammonium sulphate i.e., the ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and 1:4. Corn, Suwan I variety was used as a test plant. The results showed that the digested slurry from biogas plant only gave a small effect on the yield of corn over check. The treatment of half dose of the ammonium sulphate mixed with the digested slurry showed no difference on height, yield and nitrogen uptake of corn when compared with the results of ammonium sulphate treatment. Other ratios of digested slurry and nitrogen fertilizer would result significantly in lower yield of corn. Recommendation of this ratio of mixing will reduce the initial cost of nitrogen fertilizer and will eventually increase soil fertility
