The performance of 6 wheat hybrids and their parental varieties permit to draw the conclusion that the manifestation of heterosis in F(1) generation over the super parent to show the dominant gene effect is usual whenever none of the parents of a hybrid combination possesses super (high) values like the grain number per ear (more than 50) in Mexi-pak, charodeika and 1000 grain weight (about 50 g) like Sadovo 1. These types of super values of the characters may be found in rare cases from hybrid combinations. The magnitude of the heritability estimate (in broad sense) of the characters, the number of grains per ear, and 1000 grain weight in F(2) generation depends on the individual hybrid combination, that means it may be low or high according to the combination of the parents in a cross
