Sampling for estimation of incidence of pests and diseases in rice fields

Attempt was made to determine the sample size required in the field for the estimation of incidence by single infection of rice tungro virus and double infection of rice tungro virus and sheath-rot, and effect of rice tungro virus on the incidence of sheath-rot (Sarocladium oryzae Gams and Hawksworth) at the later stages of rice (Oryza sativa Linn.)
