Present investigation on structural correlationship of testis and thyroid gland during post-natal period (0-90 days) showed significant relationship (P0.01) of these organs in regard to gross (except thickness) as well as histomorphological aspects. This structural correlationship was much conspicuous in the third group of animals ageing from 31 to 60 days. The findings of the present study indicate the critical developmental period of kids for initiation of the hormonal interrelationship of testis and thyroid gland of Assam goat during the post-natal life
