Isolation and identification of Mycobacteria from cattle in and around Baghdad (in Iraq)

Mycobacteria were isolated from carcasses, Lymphatic system, and milk. Microscopial examination of milk samples which yielded positive growth on culture revealed 9 positive by Douglas and mean well method where as only 5 are positive by centrification
