Effect of modification of summer environment on some physiological activity of the Friesian dairy cows (in Iraq)

The aims of this experiment are to study the possibility to have any breed from high producing cows and modified the barns according to their environment in their origin, also to study the effect of environment factors on some physiological performance of the dairy cattle. The results found that there were significant differences between barns in relation to body temperature (P .01). The highest mean body temperature was (38.79 deg C) in the unshade treatment while the lowest mean body temperature was in shade with cooling treatment (38.36 deg C)
