Content of blood catecholamines in pigs during manipulative stress

Blood contents of adrenaline and noradrenaline in miniature swine subjected to manipulative stress (catching and restraining) were determined. Mean content of adrenaline was 11.5 nmol/l and noradrenaline - 8.0 nmol/l. No significant differences in the catecholamine concentrations were noted among animals of different age and sex
