The proliferation of the initial cultures of Vaccinium corymbosum was stimulated during 4-6 weeks incubation on Zimmerman's agar medium in the dark, at temperature of 4 degrees C. Almost 100% of shoots were rooted in perlite saturated with liquid medium to which 0.75 mg l exp(-1) of IBA was added
