General regulations concerning new settlements and houses, the distance required between the buildings and the proper arrangment of buildings as well as the technical condition are discussed in the paper. There is a close relationship between the standards of houses and the degree of earning capacity of the farm. This is the reason why the modernization of buildings is of so vital importance to agricultural economy
