System of soil fertility control and of fertiliser application is a scientific ground for economical fertilizer application and a system of plant production factors control as methods of scientific plant production guidance, aiming at achieving a high and stable good-quality plant production by economizing and protecting man's environment and biosphere in general. Introduction and functioning of such a system will enable better solutions of economic application of fertilizers, not only at the plot or estate level, but in economy in general. The data obtained through this system enables planning bodies to utilize economic resources more rationally and to consider possibilities of development.
