1986
Suljoti, Ll. (Instituti i Kerkimeve Zooteknike, Tirane (Albania))
It is explained whether it is possible to take 200 eggs a year from each hen kept in batteries when the ration of fish flour used is replaced by soya pulp combined with partially peeled sunflower pulp, to the extent of 25,50 and 100%. The experiment was carried out with laying hens of the S x NH lines with five groups of 108 each, of equal production, health-situation and other rearing conditions. This replacement secured a 97,4, 95,3, 90 and 84,3% production in eggs during 26 weeks, as compared with the control group. (The 84,3% in production was secured with local soya pulp without any fish flour)
