This paper is a summary of studies on the population systems of Panonychus citri McG. and Eotetranychus kankitus Ehara. This work includes the temporal and spatial dynamics of species communities of citrus spider mites, the economic threshold for controlling these pest mites and the methods for appraising the natural enemies of citrus spider mites
