Research concerning new growing substrata for the Pleurotus mushrooms

The paper presents some data on growing the Pleurotus mushrooms on diffwerent artificial and forest residues. Besides the weat and soya straws and the corn cobs, the bean stalks can also be a valuable compound of the receips for the substrata used to grow the Pleurotus mushrooms.
