The study relates the optimal conditions of propagation media of young stem cuttings of Triplochiton scleroxylon K. Schum. The experience proves that the use of biodegradable pots as containers is recommended as they suppress the bedding operation and cause less deformation to roots. The combination of polythene covered frames and automatic mist is best for production of rooted cuttings
