Laboratory analysis of results of sediment discharge measurement on the Densu river at Mangoase (Ghana) established an instantaneous sediment rating curve equation Qs = 4.821 Qw 1.281 with coefficient of correlation between measured sediment and water discharges being 0.965. Mean daily sediment discharge was estimated as 14.721 tons
