On the amendment of the Food Law (Hungary)

The Food Law was amended as from 1st July 1988. The amendment covered production and distribution of foods in its entirety. Full enforcement of the disposals means considerable tasks for the meat companies, too. Author introduces the most important changes and the disposals important for the industry.
