The authors carried out regular surveys for 10 years (1976-1985) in an apple orchard near Budapest (Nagykovacsi) that served as model area for entomological and coenological studies. The orchard is situated on a southern mountain slope (5.8 hectare) near an oak forest. Present paper gives the description of the weed flora of the orchard and surrounding area.
