The effect of hexythiazox and clofentezine on Tetranychidae and predators in apple orchards has been studied. Hexythiazox and clofentezine, after being used at the beginning of Panonychus ulmi larvae hatching, maintained the number of harmful Tetranychidae till July or August. Predators of phytophagous mites, Stethorus punctillum and Orius bugs, were more numerous in June and July, and Amblyseius andersoni towards the end of the vegetation period.
